We want you to feel good about your SEVICH order. If something is wrong, contact us and we will help review the issue.

Return window

Return requests must be made within 30 days after delivery.

Return condition

To be eligible for return, items must be unused, unopened, in the original packaging, and in the same condition received.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used hair, grooming, cosmetic, fragrance, and personal care products cannot be returned unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Final sale items
  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Products damaged by misuse

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact support@sevich.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, clear photos or video of the item, packaging photos, and a short description of the issue.

Refunds

After a return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
